Casa Ventura is a one bed roomed village house at the top of the village of IZNATE.
The bedroom is en-suite it has views over the village , twin beds , wardrobe and ceiling fans the room also has a safe.
The lounge has sofa, table and chairs T.V , D.V.D and C.D English and Spanish channels , ceiling fans. The kitchen as cooker, oven . fridge, toaster, kettle, and washing machine, and all cooking utensils'.
Outside is a private courtyard with table and chairs B.B.Q , from here you access the roof terrace where there is a Splash Pool and Pergola, Sun loungers , chairs , tables and the uninterrupted views of Axarquia and the village of Iznate
a welcome pack of food and drinks is always supplied and we always meet you and take you and your luggage direct to the house
Parking is just up the road , as the house is at the top of the village it is not really suitable for anyone with walking problems.
Iznate is a typical Spanish village with steep winding streets covered with flowers , the shops sell all fresh foods and bread the bars serve traditional food and drinks.
Iznate is on the coast of the COSTA DEL SOL the name is prefect as the weather is one
of the best to be found in Spain , the nearest resort is Torre de Mar a 15 minutes drive.
